They practice minimal intervention in the cellar, and fermentation takes place in steel tanks. This white blend offers a stronguckle and green apple with a hin aroma of honeyst of skin contact, accompanied by notes of cider. The finish is characterized by a touch of citrus and mineral flavor, pleasant on the palate.
