Discover rosé wine in a different way! La Ginestra Tutto Anfora Rosato comes from one of the oldest organic farms (since 1989) in Tuscany. The name Tutto Anfora (meaning “All in Amphora”) says it all: this 100% Sangiovese rosé wine is fermented and aged exclusively in clay amphorae (terracotta). This is an ancient method that allows the wine to breathe and develop an incredible character without the influence of oak. The wine is produced naturally and is unfiltered.
The taste? The wine is dry, structured, and has a wonderful texture (felt in the mouth). It is dominated by classic Sangiovese notes: sour cherries, red currants, and herbs. However, the amphora adds an extra layer – an earthy minerality (reminiscent of wet clay) and a deep, complex aftertaste.
How to serve? Serve chilled (around 10–12 °C). This is a serious gastronomic rosé wine, not just an aperitif. Its structure makes it a perfect match for pizza, pasta with tomato sauce, roasted vegetables, or even poultry.
