The taste?
The juice is extremely concentrated, refreshing, and expressive. You can taste ripe green grapes, fragrant quince, and a subtle minerality that adds elegance. The taste is best revealed when the juice is well chilled.
How to serve?
Serve well chilled (around 6 °C) in a wine glass. Perfect as a refreshing aperitif or with light cheeses, fresh fruit or poultry salads.
