This is not just any juice from the supermarket. Nibiru Traubensaft Rot is a natural, gourmet drink from Austria, made from the same biodynamically grown and exceptionally ripe red grapes (Zweigelt and Blauer Portugieser) that are used to produce the highest quality wine. The juice is pasteurized only to keep it fresh longer, but nothing else is added – no sugar or other additives. It is pure, concentrated vineyard flavor.
The taste? This juice is extremely rich and naturally sweet. There are intense notes of cherry jam, blackcurrant, and dark plums. The taste is best when the juice is slightly chilled, which helps to balance the rich sweetness.
How to serve? Serve slightly chilled (around 10–12 °C) in a wine glass! It is perfect as a rich dessert drink on its own. It also goes well with mature cheeses (especially blue cheese) or chocolate desserts.
