Set e Mez

Mirco Mariotti’s Set e Mez is a lively, natural Pet-Nat (naturally sparkling wine) from Emilia-Romagna. This wine is made from 100% local Fortana grapes, which are renowned in this region for their rich red color and fruitiness. As befits the Pet-Nat style, the bubbles form naturally in the bottle, and the wine is made without any additives, unfiltered, and extremely cheerful.

The taste? The wine is dry, juicy, and incredibly refreshing. It is dominated by notes of red berries (cherries, strawberries, raspberries) with a slightly unusual but pleasant spice typical of the Fortana grape. This is a wonderful, fruity, and energetic Pet-Nat, created simply for good times.

How to serve? Serve well chilled (around 8–10 °C). It is the perfect aperitif or party wine. Its fruitiness makes it an ideal accompaniment to pizza, light snacks, or grilled meat.
