Rosh

Lammidia is one of the leaders of the natural wine movement in Italy, based in the Abruzzo region. Their Rosh is technically a Rosato (rosé wine) made from 100% Montepulciano grapes. The wine is produced in a completely natural way: after brief contact with the skins (maceration), it is fermented spontaneously, unfiltered, and bottled without any added sulfites. It is a pure, unpretentious drink, full of life.

The taste? The wine is dry, incredibly juicy and refreshing. It is dominated by ripe cherry, strawberry and pomegranate notes, complemented by a light spice aroma. It is an energetic, easy-to-drink wine (“glou-glou”) with excellent acidity and a clean finish.

How to serve? Serve well chilled (around 8–10 °C). It is the perfect wine for a picnic or party – it is very approachable. It goes well with pizza, light snacks, cured meats, or simply on its own on a sunny day.
