La Salada – PAGES CONTENT NEGRE 2022

Toni Carbo is a fourth-generation winemaker who established La Salada in 2012. Over a decade ago, Toni inherited his family’s vineyards and decided to farm organically. He cultivates 28 hectares of vineyards without the use of any chemicals. A significant number of the vines he grows are over 80 years old. In the cellar, he follows his family’s traditions and does not add any chemicals. Toni’s work is appreciated by many naturalakers from France, who visit him (radical) winem to buy grapes, as they share a similar philosophy towards responsible farming.

Aromas of fresh red fruit with notes of violets and spicy touches. It is light, fresh and easy to drink with a noticeable acidity, smooth texture and pleasant finish.
