MC

Partida Creus are pioneers of natural wine in Catalonia, reviving old local grape varieties. MC stands for Macabeu – 100% of this grape is transformed into a pure, lively white wine. The grapes are grown in biodynamic vineyards, and the wine is made completely naturally – without any added sulfites, unfiltered and unrefined. It is a perfect example of how pure Macabeu should taste.

The taste? The wine is dry, extremely refreshing, and surprisingly aromatic. It is dominated by notes of green apples, pears, and citrus fruits (lemon zest). The taste is lively and acidic, with a long finish and a distinctively salty and mineral character typical of Partida Creus.

How to serve? Serve well chilled (around 8–10 °C) in a wine glass. Its freshness and saltiness make it an ideal aperitif. It pairs well with seafood (oysters, shrimp), light fish dishes, or fresh goat cheese.
