Description

Jean-Pierre Robinot is a true legend in the world of natural wine, and his wines are among the most sought-after. He creates his wines in the Loire Valley, France. The “L’Opera des Vins” (English: “Wine Opera”) label means that the wine is made from organically and biodynamically grown grapes purchased from trusted friends’ vineyards. This white wine is made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes, produced without any added sulfites, unfiltered, and absolutely alive.

The taste? Robinot wines are known for their incredible energy and liveliness. The taste is like lightning: sharp, dry, and endlessly refreshing. You can taste green apple, lemon zest, quince notes, and that famous wet stone (minerality) sensation. As with all pure natural wines, let it “breathe” in the glass for a few minutes to reveal its full potential.

How to serve? Serve well chilled (around 8–10 °C). Its bright acidity makes it an excellent gastronomic wine. Pair with seafood (especially oysters), goat cheese, or fatty white fish.
