“La Vividora” in Spanish means “lover of life” — and this wine perfectly lives up to its name! It’s a natural white wine straight from the biodynamic Finca Parera estate in the Penedès region of Spain. It’s made from the local Xarel·lo grape (with a touch of other varieties), using only natural yeasts, unfiltered, and with minimal sulfites. It’s a lively, pure, and energetic drink.
Taste? The wine is incredibly fresh and aromatic. It’s dominated by notes of white fruit (ripe apples, pears) and citrus, complemented by subtle hints of Mediterranean herbs (fennel, thyme) and white flowers. The finish is dry, with pleasant minerality and a light saline touch.
How to serve? Serve well chilled (about 8–10 °C) in a wine glass. It’s an ideal aperitif on a sunny day. Pairs beautifully with light snacks (tapas), seafood, grilled fish, or refreshing summer salads.
