Gentlemant Pet-Nat Malvasia

Gentlemant is a subtle, naturally sparkling wine (Pet-Nat) from the biodynamic Clos Lentiscus farm, located in the Garraf mountain range (Catalonia). This wine is made from 100% aromatic Malvasia de Sitges grapes. Using the Pet-Nat method, the bubbles form naturally in the bottle, and the wine is made without any added sulfites and is unfiltered.
The taste? The wine is dry, crisp, and incredibly aromatic. It is dominated by white flowers (orange blossoms), Mediterranean herbs, and ripe stone fruits (apricots). The bubbles are fine, and most importantly, you can taste the characteristic sea salt (salty) and minerality of the Garraf region.
How to serve? Serve well chilled (around 6–8 °C). It is a perfect aperitif or a delightful wine for weekend brunch. Its saltiness makes it an ideal accompaniment to seafood (oysters), paella, or light snacks.
