Gabrio Bini is a legend in the natural wine world, making his incredibly unique wines on the hot, volcanic island of Pantelleria (Sicily). These amphora wines are not cheap, but despite our reservations on price, we have to say they have touched absolutely everyone we have shown them to – truly remarkable energy and flavour expressions like no other. Expect the ungrafted old vines from Serraghia to be unique…. Gabrio Bini makes his wines fruity, acidic, earthy, aromatic, concentrated, and even a bit rugged and wild! Popular wines include the Gabrio Bini Bianco, Rosato, Heritage and Giotto Reserva, named after his son Giotto Bini.
This wine reveals notes of plum, blueberry, cocoa, and forest aromas… The taste is a blend of extraordinary finesse, elegance, and freshness! Each sip brings a new sensation, as if traveling through worlds of flavor. Rare and perhaps pricier than usual, but its taste is a true delight for the soul.
