Frizzante Gelber Muskateller

This sparkling wine comes from the biodynamic Nibiru farm in the Kamptal region of Austria. It is made from 100% Gelber Muskateller (yellow Muscat) grapes, which are among the most aromatic grapes in the world. This wine is a Frizzante (lightly sparkling), produced naturally, unfiltered and with minimal intervention to preserve the full explosion of Muscat aroma.

The taste? The wine is dry, refreshing and pleasantly frizzante (lightly sparkling). It is dominated by notes of flowers, citrus fruits (green lemon) and exotic fruits (lychee, passion fruit). Although the aroma is incredibly sweet and intense, the taste of the wine is clean and crisp, perfectly balanced with bright acidity.

How to serve? Serve well chilled (around 6–8 °C). It is an ideal aperitif or a fun wine. Its aroma makes it a perfect match for Asian cuisine (especially slightly spicy dishes) or fruit desserts.
