Far

Far is a cheerful orange Pet-Nat (naturally sparkling wine) from Mirco Mariotti’s farm in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. This wine is made from 100% locally grown Albana grapes, cultivated organically. It gets its color and structure from short maceration (storage with skins), and the bubbles form naturally in the bottle (using the Pet-Nat method) – without any additives, unfiltered, and with minimal intervention.

The taste? The wine is dry, incredibly refreshing, and pleasantly sparkling. It is dominated by ripe apricots, salted caramel, and orange peel notes, which are perfectly balanced by lively acidity. Due to short maceration, it has a pleasant texture (barely noticeable tannins) and a clean, crisp aftertaste.

How to serve? Serve well chilled (around 8–10 °C). It is the perfect aperitif or party wine. It goes well with pizza, light snacks, cured meats, or simply on its own on a sunny day.
