Partida Creus – CX20

Partida Creus is a winery located in Catalonia, Spain that was established in 2001 by Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerona. They are recognized as pioneers of natural wine and are committed to reviving old vines of indigenous grape varieties. Sustainability is a top priority for them, and they achieve this by avoiding the use of pesticides and hand harvesting their grapes with the help of animals. They practice minimal intervention in the cellar, and fermentation takes place in steel tanks. Partida Creus is a testament to the power of natural wine, regional grape varieties, and the beauty of sustainable viticulture.

Magnum! Vinified as a white wine (from Red Xarel-lo grapes) but it turns pink from the red skins, Antonella and Massimo are not calling it rosé – wholly delicious, very dry and balanced food-friendly wine, cloudy and unfiltered with notes of orange peel, cinnamon, saline and wild strawberry.
