Céline Coté is a small, independent winemaker in Burgundy, where everything is done by hand. This rosé wine is 100% Pinot Noir, made from grapes grown on the prestigious Côte de Nuits limestone soil. It is an organically and biodynamically produced wine, where the grapes are pressed very gently (directly) to produce a light, crisp and incredibly elegant drink.
The taste? The wine is dry, crisp and has a delicate aroma. It is dominated by wild strawberries, cranberries and cherry notes, which intertwine with a subtle floral spice. The finish is long, with the characteristic minerality of Burgundy and a lively, clean acidity.
How to serve? Serve well chilled (around 8–10 °C). This is an excellent gastronomic rosé wine. Pair with seafood, roasted poultry, or goat cheese.
