Céline Coté is one of the most respected independent winemakers in Burgundy. Her Pinot Noir wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown on the prestigious Côte de Nuits limestone soil. Céline works organically and biodynamically to express the authentic terroir of Burgundy. The wine is aged in old oak barrels, minimally filtered and without added sulfites for maximum purity.
The taste? The wine is dry, subtle and elegant. It is dominated by classic Pinot Noir notes: fresh red cherries, raspberries, violets, and a slight earthiness. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied, with soft but precise tannins and lively, refreshing acidity, ensuring excellent drinkability and longevity.
How to serve? Serve slightly chilled (around 14–16 °C). This is an ideal wine for dinner or as a gift for wine connoisseurs. Pair with roasted duck, fish (e.g., salmon) or mildly aged cheeses.
