Frédéric Cossard is a true natural wine superstar in Burgundy. This wine is100% Pinot Noir, made from old vines grown around Volnay. Cossard is a master of natural winemaking, producing wines without any added sulfites and with incredible attention to hygiene (experience gained working with milk). The wine is aged in old oak barrels to add depth while preserving purity.

Taste? This2023 vintage is deeper, darker, and fruitier than previous harvests. The wine is dry, powerful, and marked by exceptional energy. Dark berries (black cherries) and red fruits (raspberries) dominate, blending with subtle spice notes. The finish reveals minerality and freshness — a wine that is both pleasurable to drink and stimulating.

How to serve? Serve slightly chilled (around14–16°C). An excellent gastronomic wine, perfect as a gift. Pair with grilled beef, roasted poultry, or a cheese platter.
