Recaredo – Aloers 2019

Recaredo is a winery located in northern Spain which has been in operation sincebiodynamic viticulture and ageing methods. No sulphites are added, and no sugar is used during d 1924. They use osage. The cava produced by Recaredo is “brut nature” and undergoes a “long ageing” process, maturing for at least 30 months. The vineyards are composed of Xarel-lo, Macabeu, Parellada, Monastrell, and Garnatxa grapes that are rooted in calcareous soil. The cava produced by Recaredo is known for its elegance and refinement.

On the palate, this white wine is unctuous and elegant with a saline finish and delicious aromas of yellow flowers, Mediterranean plants, and minerals.
