Aldo Viola – Coccinella 2022

Aldo Viola is a natural wine producer based in the Alcamo region of Sicily, near Palermo. His vineyards are full of yellow flowers and healthy cover crops inbetweem vines. Aldo Viola’s wines are generally structured and serious, classic yet raw.

Dark as the night over Alcamo. Intense, open and inviting. Olives, laurel and black berries. Velvety texture is given contra by massive tannin. Flows rather warmly and softly towards the palate, but always remains juicy and animating.
