Abbazia san Giorgio – Cloe 2021

Battista Belvisi, farmer and winemaker. In 2015, together with Beppe Fontana, traveling gourmet and chef, they formed what was then a tiny winery called Abbazia San Giorgio. Three and a half hectares of vineyards situated on the outskirts of the village of Khamma, in the south-eastern part of the island.

With a light ruby red dress it expresses panache and maritime juiciness, between aromas of small red fruits, currants and raspberries, fanned with iodine and sea water, details of fresh caper. It is refreshing and dynamic with a mouthfeel full of savouriness and marine energy.
