Kai unites two worlds – legendary French natural wine maker Patrick Bouju (Domaine de la Bohème) and famous American rapper, gourmand Action Bronson – a truly iconic wine is born. This project aims to show how natural wine can be fun, high-quality, and accessible to everyone, and the labels instantly became collectible. The wines are made without compromise, with Patrick Bouju’s craftsmanship and no added sulfites.
Taste? The wines from this collaboration (both white and red) are distinguished by exceptional freshness, minerality, and complexity. They are elegant yet energetic. You’ll notice natural fruitiness, subtle earthy notes, and clean, vibrant acidity.
How to serve? Serve chilled (reds around 15°C, whites around 10°C). This is an excellent gastronomic wine to pair with meat, cheese, and, of course, dishes with spicier seasonings (as Action Bronson likes).
